Features of HSZ-VD Chain Block
- The hoist is designed in accordance with European standard EN13157 for hand-operated lifting equipment safety.
- Every chain block in our factory has a safety coefficient at least 4:1.It’s tested to withstand 1500 cycles with 110% of the rated capacity.
- Thick steel gear side cover and hand wheel cover protect against external shocks and rainwater or dust. It ensures durability and smooth operation.
- Double pawl and double guide roller enhance safety and reliability.
- Three sealed ball bearings increase mechanical efficiency.
- Heat-treated forging hooks will deform slowly rather than break when overload. Location points on hooks remind to change hooks to avoid danger.
- 20CrMnTi gears in high efficiency and durability.
- Heat-treated G80 load chain meets EN818-7 tensile testing standard.

Three integrated ball bearings usage greatly increases mechanical efficiency and produces high power output with minimum manual input.
The special hemming process not only increases the strength but also ensures that even when the hand chain is tilted or pulled obliquely, there will be no jamming and excessive noise.
20Cr top and bottom heat-treated hooks with heavy duty cast safety latches meet safety factor 4 times and extend a long life. Larger hook opening makes loading work easy.
The load sheave is made of QT900-2 heat-treated ductile iron, which is wear-resistant and guides the roller facilitates smooth movement of the load chain.
20CrMnTi driving shaft and disc gears are in high meshing precision and have a stable transmission and higher efficiency.
Double #45 guide rollers prevent the chain from falling off and improve work efficiency.

HSZ-VD chain block also called CB type for some companies, is the best quality chain block in our company, which combines heavy-duty structure with top quality spare parts meeting many strict industrial needs.
Compared with other types in our factory, VD is in more smooth operation, has fewer after-sales and uses for long life.
It can also be attached to any type of plain or geared trolley as a travelling chain block. It is suitable for the monorail overhead conveying system, hand travelling crane and Jib crane.
