Using high-quality 20Mn2 alloy steel, intermediate frequency high-temperature heat treatment, 4 times the safety factor, 2.5 times the test load, meeting the international DIN5684 standard.
Double pawls meshing with the ratchet is increased, so that it can be more stable during the braking process of the heavy object, and the heavy object will not suddenly fall due to the unreliable brake.
Double rollers can effectively protect the load chain and prevent the chain from turning over and chain stuck. It makes less pulling force and higher efficiency.
The load hook with a safety load latch is made of 20Cr low-carbon alloy steel and high-temperature quenching treatment in high strength and strong bearing capacity. The hook has large opening and is easy to use.
The cover thickness is 1mm with strong impact resistance and long life. The painting is electrostatic spraying outdoor powder type in high finish and not easy to change color. The embossed logo can be OEM.
The plates with bearing rings and steel sleeves are in strong wear resistance and improve machine efficiency. They can pass the 1000 times tensile test. The outer plate has protected the gears and improved impact resistance.

This VT series manual chain block can hold weight from 0.5T (1000lb) to 30T (66130lb). 
After finished use, the hoist should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place. The brake disc must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and self-falling of objects in the use.
Usually, one year warranty for all our products if some break under normal use.
New parts will be sent to you.
Also, some consumable parts can be added to the order.
